Property Management Economist for One of Sweden's Largest Property Managers
We are looking for a property management economist for our client, one of Sweden's largest property managers. Here, you contribute to security and sustainability through innovative advice and property management in an environment characterized by collaboration and development.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is one of Sweden's largest property managers for housing cooperatives, companies, and public property owners. We are looking for a property management economist for the office in Hammarby Sjöstad, where you will work closely with technical managers and other delivery units. You will be part of a team of 11 colleagues and report to the Group Manager for financial management.
As a property management economist, you will play an advisory role with extensive customer contacts, supporting housing cooperatives and associations in their financial matters and ensuring that delivery according to agreements is performed in accordance with good accounting practices. You will work closely with technical managers and other units to deliver added value to customers. The role involves both operational and analytical tasks, focusing on nurturing and developing customer relationships in a collegial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Board assignments in housing cooperatives
- Financial management of housing cooperatives
- Ongoing bookkeeping, year-end closing, and annual reports
- Budget work and financial advice
- Administration and execution of association meetings
- Delivery of contractual services at board meetings
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has completed a post-secondary degree in economics with relevant specialization
- Has extensive work experience in accounting
- Has extensive work experience in an advisory role with customer contact
- Has excellent system and data skills, specifically in Excel and financial systems
- Has a B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience with accounting according to K3 regulations
- Experience working with various aspects of finance
- Solid experience in housing cooperative accounting
- Solid experience in financial property management
- Solid experience in association finance
- Knowledge of association law
